Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, changes may not be possible as processing begins. Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours are processed within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Refundable: We do not refund items that are used, worn, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Restocking Fee: Non-approved returns or those outside the 30-day window may incur a 25% fee.
  • Process: Email us with your order number and reason for return within 30 days for approval. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged on arrival.

Refunds may take 40 business days after approval. For delays, contact your financial institution. Refunds are processed in USD, and customers are responsible for any foreign transaction fees.


Product Concerns

Damaged Items

Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Damaged packaging alone isn’t eligible for a refund if the product is intact. Eligible claims will receive a free replacement.


Shipping and Delivery

We aim for timely delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other issues. For delivery problems, contact the courier. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are not our responsibility.
